The first weeks in Spain involve a stack of appointments: padrón, TIE, healthcare registration, bank account, utilities, mobile phone, driving licence exchange, school registration if you have children.
We prepare a personalised arrival admin plan that tells you what to do, in what order, what documents to bring, and which appointments need booking before you travel.
This is NOT an arrival concierge service. We do not book appointments for you or attend them with you. We prepare a clear written plan so you can do it yourself.

Common questions
When should I do this — before or after arrival?
Before ideally. The pack is most useful if you receive it 2–4 weeks before you travel, so you can book appointments in advance.
Do you book my appointments?
No. We tell you how to book them and what to bring. You book them directly. This keeps the service affordable and preserves your direct relationship with the relevant offices.
What if I don't know which town yet?
You need at least a municipality to make an arrival plan useful (different towns have different processes). If you are still choosing an area, start with the Readiness Review.
Can I combine this with the Family Settling Support?
Yes — they complement each other. The Arrival Admin Plan covers the practical setup; Family Settling Support covers schools, children and family-specific needs.
